All Levels Iyengar Yoga

Vrkasana (Tree Pose) ~ Bonnie Walker, CIYTAll Levels Iyengar Yoga is designed for both new and continuing students. All Levels students will be introduced to the same poses in stages so that you can practice at the level and pace you need to be successful. New students are welcome to take this class and when you are ready to take your yoga practice up a notch, you will be introduced to inversions and intermediate – advanced poses, with support. Everyone will be given a chance to attempt all poses before the class moves on. All Levels Iyengar Yoga incorporates yoga philosophy, pranayama and chanting, as well as support for developing or deepening your personal practice.

Taught by Bonnie Walker, CIYT, All Levels Iyengar Yoga class is available at Tula Movement Arts in Northwest Crossing.

Iyengar Yoga Level 2

Sirsasana ~ HeadstandIn Level 2 classes, a wider range of poses will be introduced and beginning level poses will be refined including standing poses, inversions, back bends, forward bends, twists, supine poses and restorative practice. Level 2 incorporates yoga philosophy, pranayama and chanting, as well as support for developing or deepening your personal practice.

Prerequisite: Minimum of one year of Iyengar Yoga classes or 2 years in other methods, immediately preceding this class, or with teacher permission.
